Renovations by Starr Homes is an extension of the Starr brand whose legacy extends over 20 years. In 2005, Kit Starr Builders joined forces with his brother Gerry Starr to form Starr Homes LLC. As they focused on high-end designs and functionality, Starr Homes grew in momentum from mostly high-end renovation work to exclusively building fine custom homes and continues to lead the market as an award-winning home builder. Due to the popularity of our new homes, we stopped accepting renovation projects in 2010. The Starr brand is now focused on the high-end renovation market. Renovations by Starr Homes LLC opened its doors in 2015 and is recognized as an award-winning renovation company leading the way in the Kansas City market. Our solid reputation for high-quality renovations, integrity and outstanding customer service has earned our client's trust and repeat business as their "family contractor."
